What do you want to be? (July 26, 2012)

I want to be a doctor. Can FU do it? Oviously no way. I still don't understand why this was chose to be the new theme of the university for its 63rd founding anniversary. But still I will give FU chance, maybe and hopefully I can understand it before the end of the school year, oh! Maybe that time I graduate my course as AB Broadcast Communication student.

Anyway my name is Clark, 8 years being foundationite from High school since 2000, I even seen the husband of our current university president, even my highschool friends and I called him lolo Sinco with respect and during that time, I already know what I want to be, to become a journalist or director. When I graduated High school, I once become a nursing student due to it being demand abroad but not in this university, because there is no School of nursing before in FU. I only lasted for 2 years and then I become an out-of-school youth for over 3 years working as service crew and I'm contented to my work. One day I finally realized that this is not a professional job, I sensed that I am not destined to work on that kind of job forever with a small amount of salary. That is why I returned. I suppose to be an I.T student at ACSAT Dumaguete, or either IT or HosM student of FU. My parents expect me to be a student. My mother asked me what school did I choose, and I said FU. Then she asked again what course did I took, then I said Broadcast Communication.

I thought I just let them down, but it appears they actually supportive, and so I am. But still the answer to my question is not filled why FU chose that current slogan for 63rd.  What do you want to be? Meaning FU is like a Jieni from the magical lamp that will grand wishes? Secondly, if you ask FU for your richness ofcourse FU can't do that. But one thing for sure by my own theory.means you deside what you want to be. So what is the motivation of this current theme?
